Appointment Policies

To book an appointment, a credit/debit card will need to be held on file. Contact the salon or your stylist with the following information.

  • Full name, Email, Credit card number, Expiration date, CVC, Billing zip code

Your credit card will be taken at the time of booking. We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice for changes to your appointment or cancelations.

If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

If the client no-shows without a call 100% of the service fee will be applied to the card on file.

Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services if you are more than 15 minutes late you'll be considered a no-show and charged accordingly as not to affect the clients booked after you.  When a no-show/late cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of times that impact our hairdressers and other guests.
