No Appointment Necessary

To book an appointment, a credit/debit card will need to be held on file. Contact the salon or your stylist with the following information.

• Full name, Email, Credit card number, Expiration date, CVC, Billing zip code

Your credit card will be taken at the time of booking. We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice for changes to your appointment or cancelations.

If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

If the client no-shows without a call 100% of the service fee will be applied to the card on file.

Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services if you are more than 15 minutes late you'll be considered a no-show and charged accordingly as not to affect the clients booked after you.  When a no-show/late cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of times that impact our hairdressers and other guests.

We understand that sometimes things happen however we try to respect our hairdressers time as much as we try to respect yours

As a courtesy, we will send you a text confirming your appointment 3 days prior to your appointment.

If you need to cancel/ change your appointment, you need to reach out directly to your stylist or to the owner Sara @ 6096941100.

Here at The Refinery Beauty & Barber, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color, cut or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Products bought within 30 days can be returned and exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value
